Matthieu Le Conte holds a Master Degree in Law (Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, the most famous French University) and obtained a Master in Management at ISG (Business School). He began as a consultant working as team manager in an Anglo-Saxon recruitment firm for several years. There, he conducted research in consolidation, audit and management control for finance departments in companies and for audit firms.
In 2008, he joined an international executive search firm. There, he mainly recruited talents from the industry sector, managers, executives as well as experts possessing specific skills, in France, Europe and Africa. He worked in the industry sector as HR Development Manager and Human Resources Manager. In 2011, he joined aperlead and is now in charge of the Industry, Supply Chain & Purchasing Department. Thanks to this dual HR experience in industry and consultancy, Matthieu recruits in all functions in industry and purchasing. From management functions (Operations, Industry, Factory, Purchasing, Supply Chain and so on…) to middle and top management positions and focused on engineers.
He likes history, architecture, tennis and traveling.
