Marie-Agnès de Malefette-Bouyssou took literary training within a degree in literature. Then, she decided to follow a legal training. She holds an Advanced Master Degree in Business Law, a DJCE- Diploma in Legal Advice for Businesses and a CAPA- Certificate of Aptitude for the Profession of Lawyer.
For nearly 10 years, she worked as a lawyer in prestigious business consultancy firms based in Paris (DS Avocats, Poitrinal/ Deloitte, UGGC). Then, she put her career on hold in order to take care of her family. In 2011, she joined aperlead as a consultant. Nowadays, she is in charge of the development of the Tax & Legal Department. She conducts assignments consisting in recruiting company legal advisers, tax specialists and lawyers (co-workers and partners). Her expertise lies on her deep knowledge in legal professions in company as well as in firms.
Marie-Agnès particularly likes reading, singing, the theater and human resources. She is also involved in several voluntary activities.
