Maud decided to have a career in a field she feels passionate about: human resources. After a 15-year period as HRD (EADS, Philips) she became coach. Nowadays, she helps Management Boards and their teams to implement changes focused on a significant human impact. Individually speaking, she supports talents during their professional transition and development or during their taking up of a position.
Using her deep knowledge of diversity, Maud addresses a large range of human issues in numerous fields (Defense, Consumer Electronics, Health, Lighting, Oil-related, Customer Relations, Banking, Pharmaceutical Laboratory, Automobile). She deals with each company’s function in a very international context.
