Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

If an amicable solution is not reached within a reasonable timeframe, any disputes arising in the use of the aperlead.fr website, or in the interpretation and application of the General Terms and Conditions of Use will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts. With the exception of cases where otherwise expressly stipulated in an agreement, disputes arising between persons with trader status will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court with remit for aperlead, and disputes for which one or more persons do not have trader status in accordance with the rules of jurisdiction set out in the French Civil Procedure Code.
