What type of personal data do we collect?
CANDIDATE DATA:
To offer you the best job opportunities that match your profile and support you with your career growth projects, we need to process some of your personal data. We only request information that truly enables us to help you, such as your name, contact details, training, professional experience, salary expectations and any document proving the accuracy of the information you provide to us (*). You may obviously choose to share other relevant information with us.
CLIENT DATA:
If you are an aperlead client, we need to collect and use some data concerning you or concerning your company employees, in the scope of the services we provide such as finding candidates who match the profile your company is looking for or informing you about any content published by aperlead that may be of interest or useful to you (for example, legal, business or HR information or events organised by aperlead).
How do we collect your personal data?
CANDIDATE DATA:
We collect your personal data directly from you or via data you have shared or posted online (CV libraries, social media).
CLIENT DATA:
We collect your personal data directly from you or via company files in which you have consented to feature.
How do we use your personal data?
CANDIDATE DATA:
We use your personal data mainly to help you find a job or other assignments that may suit you and to meet your request for support with a career growth project. The more information we have about you, your skills and ambitions, the more our proposals may be relevant.
CLIENT DATA:
We use client data mainly to ensure that contractual agreements entered into between us can be properly implemented and accordingly guarantee an effective partnership.
With whom do we share your personal data?
CANDIDATE DATA:
We may share your personal data with potential employers to increase your chances of finding the job you want. We request your prior consent every time.
CLIENT DATA:
We share your data to make sure that we put forward the right candidates to you.
How do we protect your personal data?
We place great importance on protecting your data. This is why we have implemented appropriate measures to prevent unauthorised access to or misuse of your personal data.
How long do we store your data?
CANDIDATE AND RECIPIENT DATA:
If we receive no communication from you within five (5) years, we will delete your personal data in our systems.
CLIENT DATA:
In any event, we store your data throughout the whole period of the services granted to you.
However, in some cases, data may be stored beyond this period, during the time we consider necessary to manage a lasting relationship with candidates, clients and prospective clients with whom we are in contact, in view of our legitimate economic interests. We will not do so if you explicitly withdraw your consent.
Your rights relating to your personal data
Although we hold your personal data, you have some rights over such data:

- A right to withdraw consent
- A right to rectification
- A right to erasure
- A right to data portability

- Training;
- Professional experience;
- Information on your current salary;
- Information on your centres of interest and needs with regard to your future job, data collected directly and inferred, for example from the jobs you have consulted or articles you have read on our website;
- Additional information you wish to provide us;
- Any additional information about you provided to us by your previous employers or which we find from third parties such as job search websites, social media.
