After starting a degree in literature, Xavier Tandonnet studied Private Business Law and Political Science (Toulouse, South of France) before following a HR postgraduate program. After a five-year period in the French Marine Corps as Platoon leader then legal officer, Xavier joined an Anglo-Saxon recruitment firm in 2004. For four years he carried out his duties dedicated to HR function.
In 2004, he co-founded aperlead, he led the HR department and managed departments of General Management & Finance, Industry & Purchasing, and Sales & Marketing. Meanwhile, his partner developed the Tax & Legal activities. In 2009, after his partner’s departure, Xavier managed the whole team and took part in the HR department. Since 2017, he also implements a new service of interim management under the brand Aperlead Transition.
From 2012 to 2016, Xavier was a lecturer at Sciences Po Paris (the Paris Institute of Political Studies). He is also a member of groups (NCU, CUI, SAR), professional associations (ANDRH) and a Think-Tank. In 2016, he joined the Ethical Committee of Syntec Recruitment Consultancy. He was appointed as Director at Syntec Conseil in 2021 and Judge at the Paris Employment Tribunal (Executive Section) in January 2023.
He enjoys reading, gardening, hunting, sailing, running, playing tennis and rugby.
