Aurélie de Marcheville holds a Master’s in Human Resources Engineering from Renée-Descartes University.
She started her career in a recruitment firm as a Researcher and then Consultant.
In 1999, Aurélie decided to join the business world, where she held various HR positions over a period of 20 years: HR Manager, Internal HR Communication, Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Director within large national and international groups and also SMEs.
Building on this experience, she joined aperlead Transition in March 2023 as Business Director to share her operational HR expertise with the firm’s clients.
Aurélie enjoys rugby for the team spirit, old stones for history and cooking to bring people together.
