Geoffroy Desmarez has a background in law, supplemented by a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Excelia La Rochelle. He is completing his final year on a work-study programme at the Ministry of the Armed Forces, within the Skills and Mobility department.
In 2022, he joined the consultancy firm aperlead as a research officer. He trained in executive search techniques and worked on recruitment and interim management assignments. He developed expertise in identifying and assessing senior and executive-level candidates and expanded his network.
Through ECI, aperlead’s international executive search network, he spent four months with the EuroSearch consultancy in Turin and Milan. On his return in 2023, he became manager of the research unit. He organised and supported his team, putting his high standards and vision of the profession at the service of the team.
He became a consultant in January 2026 and advises clients on sales and marketing roles.
Geoffroy enjoys meeting people, sailing, fine dining, the great outdoors and rugby.
