John Pluvier holds a Master’s in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Pierre et Marie Curie University (Sorbonne – Paris VI University), with a specialisation in R&D in Biotechnology.
To feed his curiosity, his first professional experiences involved public research at Necker Institute and Pitié Salpêtrière Public Hospital, followed by private research at L’Oréal. He then turned to consulting and joined the Innovation Funding Business Unit at the firm Leyton where he managed a portfolio comprised of start-ups, SMEs and mid-caps. He spent the next stage of his career supporting key accounts in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, agrifood, construction, energy, sleeptech, IT, circular economy sectors, etc. He advised directors, scientists and their tax teams. Given his great interest in human relations and building on his previous experience, he joined the firm aperlead as a Recruitment Consultant via direct approach in the Industry & Supply Chain Department.
He enjoys motor sports, documentaries, human relations and good food.
